BTW, Dobson, we know you take your contributors' money and pay someone to google for your name, so Google This. My view is that Barack Obama's wonderfully caring, inclusive theology actually matches more people's view of Christ's desire for his church than the hate and bigotry filled view as practiced and pushed onto people by Dobson and other right wing church types.

I've always suspected that Darrin Bell was a little too nice to mainstream while he tends to lamblast bloggers in general. Well, he went after bloggers again -- and shows his true sensibilities apparently, but saves a good swift kick for mainstream news. And gets it right. Links to Comic from Sunday June 15, 2008. Link will be available for c. 30 days from that date. Get some good reading glasses. It's bit hard to read. Try bringing up the comic alone (right click Firefox and chose "View Image" or save image, picture to disk and bring up with viewer that will enlarge it). A Democratic candidate has won the formerly Republican seat in the House of Representatives vacated when the former Republican member left to replace Trent Lott the former Senator who at one time held the top spot in the legislative chamber.

Analysts warn of looming changes for many Republican Congressional seats.

Excerpt AP report at Google News "Miss. Democrat wins House seat in special election":

It's becoming a disturbing trend for Republicans: losing traditional GOP strongholds to Democrats in some hard-fought congressional races.
It happened again Tuesday, as Travis Childers beat Greg Davis in a special election to replace Republican Roger Wicker, who served in the House since 1994 and was appointed to the U.S. Senate to fill the seat vacated by Trent Lott.
Childers' win will give him the chance over the next several months left in the seat's two-year term to build a fundraising and publicity advantage as he heads into November's general election. He will again face Davis, as well as two other opponents.
Childers' win gave Democrats a 236-199 edge over Republicans in Congress.
Earlier this year, Democrats captured the Illinois district long represented by former Republican Speaker Dennis Hastert, who resigned from Congress. This month, Democrats claimed a seat in Louisiana that Republican Rep. Richard Baker vacated and that the GOP had held since 1974.
