Don't Know Whether to Laugh or Cry. NASA to Shoot Smog into Stratosphere, Fake Giant Trees to Suck Up Carbon?

Why didn't NASA put these ideas forward before?  For a very good reason.  You know how space travel helps us down here on earth?  Well, under Bush not so much. 

The little dingleball's neo space race sucked up all the money in NASA gutting science budgets.  But I'm sure they know where Mary Jane will grow on the space station.  That might be good to know since the earth may soon be in such a disastrous state that we will need some to help us cope.

Obama's science advisor told the Associated Press that the Bush administration did not give NASA enough money to complete their moon landing mandate so the money came from other departments, including climate change to disastrous effect. 

Climate change may be much more rapid and disruptive than earlier thought.

One idea they might use in an emergency would be to shoot sulfur particles into the upper atmosphere to deflect heat, but there could be major repercussions of that tactic.   Unfortunately, this proposal did not include a giant Shop Vac under the main LAX landing path as I was hoping when I read the title.  I thought we could kill two birds with one stone.

And the giant fake carbon sucking trees are too weird for words, but if they help lets do it.

Advisor John Holdren recomends not pretending the missile defense program works until it does and kinds hints that might be on the twelfth of never.

Calls for Obama to appoint a NASA chief already.
