Former US Officials: Bush Administration Igrnored Corruption in Iraq Grovernment

Wasn't a lot of the corruption they may be talking about, actually about portions of the government actually going out and killing people from other sects -- especially that done by the interior ministry -- and a gulag worse and more deadly than Stalin's?
But, the people in charge of this corruption are the ones who have offered to help push through spoils of war contracts for American Big Oil which gives up to 83% of their campaign donations to Republicans.
So I'm not surprised.
