The Above Linkblogs Might Contain "Borrowed" links.
Linkblogs do not substantially contribute traffic to my blog that I can discover. They all go offsite, and are often accessed from my blog. It's possible to access them from the RSS according to my settings. Still, even if I were to get ads clicking on a linkblog from the RSS won't drive more people to my blog than otherwise because they leave my resources. (Note to self, do more posts, less LBs with sources I find). I explain because I sometimes borrow links from people at Twitter, and often forget who put them up. (To fellow Twitterers: If you have a link to your blog, I will point it there, but Twitter, being impermanent, cannot hold your link for people to discover from there. I only 'borrow' them to get news out to as many people as I can who might not have seen the reports and videos found by the smart people I follow at Twitter or find in search rooms.RSS Add-Me
Israel Going In? Haaretz Reports that IDF Pushes for "Brief Invasion"
Livni, Barak, and Olmert are nearly climactic now.
Yes, Yes, Yes! A brief invasion, just enough to make it look like total victory!!!!
And yet, when they pull back the troops after only killing a few thousand Palestinians they can claim, like Ben Linus, to be "the good guys" and accept the grateful adoration from American leaders and our mainstream press.
Since the Isreali government mostly just passes out propaganda to the world, especially to the subservient US news machine, this should magnify the glorious three (and lead Netanyahu to start talking about nuking something to seem even tougher than the deadly triplets).

The General Staff believes that more pressure must be put on Hamas to make it agree to a long-term cease-fire under conditions more favorable to Israel.
How much more favorable do they need. They had a 6 month cease fire while they created ever more horrific conditions on the heavily populated Strip depriving the populace of food, medicines, and power, this years after they blockaded the area off from the world so that the people couldn't take care of themselves.
The only thing that changed the mind of the greedy apartheidists in South Africa was a multi-year Boycott and Divestment.
I think it's time to start looking at labels in the stores and telling our brokers we don't want to invest in Israeli companies.
If they want to live like fascists then they can support themselves.
