The Above Linkblogs Might Contain "Borrowed" links.
Linkblogs do not substantially contribute traffic to my blog that I can discover. They all go offsite, and are often accessed from my blog. It's possible to access them from the RSS according to my settings. Still, even if I were to get ads clicking on a linkblog from the RSS won't drive more people to my blog than otherwise because they leave my resources. (Note to self, do more posts, less LBs with sources I find). I explain because I sometimes borrow links from people at Twitter, and often forget who put them up. (To fellow Twitterers: If you have a link to your blog, I will point it there, but Twitter, being impermanent, cannot hold your link for people to discover from there. I only 'borrow' them to get news out to as many people as I can who might not have seen the reports and videos found by the smart people I follow at Twitter or find in search rooms.RSS Add-Me
More Whaling-Anti-Whaling Drama on the High Seas. Whaler Catches Fire Drifting in Antarctic Waters. Greenpeace Offers Help.

After claims by whaling spokespersonnel that anti-whalers were endangering their crews, mechanical failure on a whaling ship ignites fire that was afterwards fueled by whale oil.
(If only the cetaceans who gave their lives for that harvest could have known).
Reports have the Nissin Maru adrift in Antarctic Marine Sanctuary. (Not we're not and we're not leaking oil! Claim crew members).
Whaling spokesman, Glen Inwood, days after claiming that whalers were willing to rescue lost Sea Shepherd crew out of the goodness of their heart claims that Greenpeace offer is a "red herring".
Hold on to that potato chip in your posterior whaling lovers. The Sea Shepherd boats were

Short story, Dad noticed c. 15 feet away and, by nearly overturning our small craft, he managed to sideswipe the wood. I never had got to steer again. Really messed up my hope to "catch some air" as the snowboarders now say, and probably was all for the better.)

at least two or three days' sailing distance away from the whalers when the fire occurred.

The crash happened day before Japan opened special IWC meeting to rail against anti-whaling countries and attempt to force return to commercial whaling.
