Yeah, so Limbaugh got scammed. Well it is important,because though his listeners call him a comedian, they treat him like a news reporter (a similar lack of skepticism is found in Glenn Beck fans. Therefore with Limbaugh and Beck, who make lots of money and can afford quality help it's almost criminal that they don't avail themselves of them. Apparently though TV advertisers are more sensitive to the standards of a show host. After Limbaugh spread racism a few years ago, a concerted effort was made by a large number of liberals to get his advertisers to give him the heeve ho, without much of the success that one group has had getting advertisers to drop Glenn Beck due to his racist remarks. Word in comments at Boing Boing says the Ralph Lauren people stretched her body when she gained a few pounds leading manipulators to stretch her body to lose them. But they must have gone much further. I've seen women who look like the photoshop, but they are often very ill. The real model is beautiful even in a pound adding photo. See at link.

From CA_Lady: Must say "Way to go @xenijardin The lady in a Ralph Lauren ad has become the proverbial stick figure thanks to photoshopping. As one guy said, "Dude her head is bigger than her hips!" Lauren company is trying to sue it's way out of the disgrace. Fair use republishing is heavily invested in comment and criticism and I don't see how Lauren can call the image on Ms. Jardin's blog Boing Boing anything other than criticism.

Nevada's Senator Ensign who voted for Clinton's impeachment (according to Raw Story report "GOP 2012 hopeful Sen. Ensign admits extramarital affair") and repeated called for the then president's resignation over an affair with an intern may have had an fling in 2002 in addition to the admitted activities of last year according to information in AP report "Hell may be fury yet to come for Sen. Ensign ".

The name of the woman that the Nevada Republican dallied with last year and her husband who also worked for Ensign's campaign were exposed when their lawyer issued a statement. Details are in the AP report.

The AP shows that the woman's salary both from the campaign and from the Senator's PAC doubled during the time she was involved with the Congressional. Her husband's pay for his last month with the Senator's campaign was also higher than normal (though possibly severance payments could have been included in that amount, it seems to me). Both husband and wife left the campaign by May of 2008 though the affair lasted between December of 2007 and August of 2008. The woman's pay increase started in February 2008.
