A cutback in community resources for youth over the last eight years could help explain the increase in teen pregnancies, said Michele Ozumba, director of the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention.
"All small-community based organizations doing youth programming are struggling just to keep the doors open," she said. "There are no additional resources to respond to the needs that we're seeing every day."

Those and similar phenomena helped the anti abortion movement became the anti-abortion and anti-prevention movement and put a whole new generation of young women and men into parenthood before they were ready.
They need another film that shows how hard it is to actually raise what you birthed without making 10 million a year, not one in which the baby conveniently disappears after 9 months into grandma's or a stranger's arms.
