The Above Linkblogs Might Contain "Borrowed" links.
Linkblogs do not substantially contribute traffic to my blog that I can discover. They all go offsite, and are often accessed from my blog. It's possible to access them from the RSS according to my settings. Still, even if I were to get ads clicking on a linkblog from the RSS won't drive more people to my blog than otherwise because they leave my resources. (Note to self, do more posts, less LBs with sources I find). I explain because I sometimes borrow links from people at Twitter, and often forget who put them up. (To fellow Twitterers: If you have a link to your blog, I will point it there, but Twitter, being impermanent, cannot hold your link for people to discover from there. I only 'borrow' them to get news out to as many people as I can who might not have seen the reports and videos found by the smart people I follow at Twitter or find in search rooms.RSS Add-Me
UN: Israel Broke Informal Truce With Attack on Palestine and Broke Terms of Official 6 Month Truce, And Is Responsible For Fighting

Haaretz reports in "UN official says Israel responsible for breaking truce with Gaza " that Hamas believed that a 48 hour informal cease fire had been called and was abiding by its terms when Israel started it's attack last week. On Friday, the day before Israel attacked Gaza only one missile as fired showing that Hamas had made effort to keep Gazans from firing into Israel. After 48 hours there was going to be a new evaluation, according to the informal deal. Instead Israel violated the pact with a massive arial attack. As other have explained the 'surprise' was to allow IAF to kill as many members of Gaza security forces as possible. It's also double dealing worthy of the Third Reich.
The report also shows that Israel violated the six month truce as well, as the deal was supposed to be that, if Palestine held to the six month truce the crossings would be opened, which Israel refused to do.
"I think they saw that Hamas had observed the truce quite strictly for almost six months, certainly for four of the six months, and that they got nothing in turn - because there was to be kind of a deal," Abu Zayd said.
"If there were no rockets, the crossings would be opened," she said. "The
crossings were not opened at all."
There have been so many leaders that thought they were really smart to lie in order to get what they want. HItler, Stalin, Pol Pot.
In the end, they weren't so smart and the empires they could claim through their lies would be their own toys.
Yet, where are those leaders now?
