An interesting idea that you will not hear in this video is someone claiming that boycotting companies that have serious dealings with Israel (secondary and tertiary boycotts in the words of pro business, pro-Israel lobbyist Fred Taub of "dun, dun, dunnnnn" Boycott Watch) is illegal.
I will do more on whether it is really illegal to boycott Israel or the companies that deal with it. The Hasbara movement has seriously infected the talk of good hearted people on this subject. The accepted idea among even bloggers that I've read so far is that it is.
I'm still researching and will try to have a judgement within days. (Really, all the open pages are seriously clogging my browser and slowing my computer).
One statement in the video above about not using your computer if you want to boycott Israel is a stupid lawyer trick. Intel gets no money from you continuing to use your 'Intel inside' computer. It is future purchases you want to be more careful on. Of course they want you to shut your computer. Computers and the Internet are spreading information too quickly for groups that have depended on ignorance, and allowing too many people to share thoughts, emotions, and ideas has had devastating effect on conformity and repression. That's why Republicans hate it too. Yeah, both Israel and right wing groups have their paid propaganda squads -- from what I've seen liberals and Arabs either can't afford or won't get into that -- spamming blog comments, forums, facebook, Twitter, and other social media, but they get little traction in a world where people can share thoughts and emotions, and even softy liberals are getting inured to the dirty tactics and bad personalities behind the propaganda.
